I Need Some Legal Advice About Child Support. (pa)

As the title says, I need some legal advice. I don't really have money to get an attorney or haven't seen one about being able to make payments. I don't have a full time job and just work as a 1099 employee. I make enough to pay majority of my bills and little bit of food that I am able to get. I haven't seen or heard from my kid for little over 5 years. I've been told by both of her sisters that the kid barely lives with her. I've been trying to tell DRS about this and they keep telling me that they dont care and they only do the financial side of things. I care about where he is at but I've been getting more and more depressed each and every day. I just got a letter in the mail saying I've been missing payments (since I don't make enough and don't have a paper trail) and the court is going to setup contempt. What should I do?
