We sell rare and delicate plants online. These plants sometimes get damaged during transit (5-10% of cases), despite our best packaging efforts. Due to the irreplaceable and delicate nature of some plants, we cannot offer replacements or refunds in such cases.

We always mention this in the product description, but some customers threaten legal action if we don’t replace the plants or refund them.

Could you help us draft a strong disclaimer that:

1. Clearly communicates the delicate nature of the plants.

2. Protects us legally from refund/replacement claims due to transit damages.

3. Is enforceable and would hold up under legal scrutiny (we're based in India).
