I'm On The Do Not Call List- Does That Cover Live Telemarketers Calling With Sales Pitches I Did Not Request?

I am being inundated with calls about selling my house. I am not selling my house, it has never been for sale and there are no plans to put it up for sale. Yet these people keep calling. They are real people calling me, claiming to be local and ''driving by''. Some of these people, mostly men, are aggressive when calling really pushing for a sale and almost threatening when told no, especially if its my wife that answers. 2 of the most recent ones were the worst yet with 1 of the calls offering $15,000 (fifteen) to buy a 4 bedroom, 3 story, single family home on an acre lot. The other call was to my 13 year old's phone. She answered, thinking it was a classmate and the guy on the other end kept chatting her up asking questions about the house, she brought me the phone and I was livid at this jerk for continuing to talk to someone clearly a minor just to try to make a sale.

We have been on the DO NOT CALL list for decades. Can these callers be sued or reported for calling? I have never reached out to any of these places- again house is not for sale and hasnt been. Its a family home, been in the family for generations so its not going anywhere and certainly not for fifteen grand.
