Unsafe Car

Hi all. Located in TN. I bought my wife a used, 2010 VW Beetle from a dealership for $6k in mid-March. I was told they did an inspection before putting it on the lot and that all was good with it. Well, a couple days later, it started driving weird & today, we took it to a VW service place and there’s SO MUCH wrong with it. $10k worth of things that need fixing & the service people said they don’t know how we haven’t crashed, wrecked, & died because it is so unsafe & they recommend not driving it at all. What can I do about this? Dealership said it was in perfect working condition, but they obviously lied. Can I return it & get my money back? Do I sue them? What do I do??
