I Have A Question About Being Illegally Adopted
Ok I'm going to be as direct as possible with this I'm 40 from Michigan I was "adopted" @ 3 months old and the guy on my birth certificate is my adopted "dad" but the story told to me by my adopted parents is that cps ( child protective services) didn't like the looks of my biological father because I guess he was a biker or something with a big scar on his face from a fight or something and cps stereotyped him as unfit and switched the blood tests so that my "adopted" dad would be on my birth certificate and just so you know my "adopted dad" has had a vasectomy since the late 70s those are his words. So my question is can I still sue the state of Michigan? If I can prove this. Oh and not to mention my "adopted parents" blackmailed my biological mother into the adoption because she was a heroin addict and like alot of fucked up shit has happened to me growing up because I was "adopted " by these people so any legal advise at all would be appreciated thanks
