I Had To Ban A Group Of Folks From My Business- They Are Now Posting Tons Of False Reviews
I operate an event and had to 86 a group of folks for various issues-such as trying to sell drugs, having pornographic images displayed to the public, as well as making a bunch of folks uncomfortable.
They attempted to purchase passes for this years event under a fake name- I ended up finding out, refunding them, and sent an email reminding them they are not welcome on the premise.
They now have left a ton of spam one star reviews- some stating the most insane allegations like we sell fentanyl??? Lmao
They now are emailing my personal account saying they will only remove the reviews if I give them an in depth explanation of why they were banned- which I highly doubt.
Is there any type of legal recourse? Or should I just report the reviews and let it ride?
