Do I Have To Move My Car Parked On A Public Road In Front Of Someone's House?
My girlfriend's been coming over a couple times a week recently and parks her car across the street. There's usually a bunch of cars lined up directly across my house so she'll usually park a little to the side in front of this dude's house. Not blocking the driveway or their mailbox, just parked in front of their house on a public neighborhood road. I'd just have her park in my driveway or in front of my house but my driveway is full from the people who already live here and the side of the road my house is on is no parking. But apparently he was really rude when telling my gf to stop parking there, even though I'm pretty sure he can't do shit about it if it's public parking. Let me clarify if he wasn't being a dickhead my girlfriend wouldn't mind moving at all. He didn't have to be nice about it, just not a dick, y'know? Anyways, while I'd probably start accompanying her for the walk from her car to my door, is there really anything he can legally do about it?
