Husband And In-laws Freak Me Out.

I am the petitioner for a divorce and DVRO. We have a hearing in one month; I have records of his angry tirades from over a year ago. His rage finally turned violent on two occasions. After my thumb didn’t heal, the doctor let me know that it was a just a bad sprain. I have 60% of time with baby, breastfeeding and pumping.

Last weekend, his family dumped many of my belongings on my front porch at my new address to get them out of my husband’s possession. My great grandpa’s Nazi mug from his time in WW2 was broken. I was out front watching and at one point, my FIL snatched the baby from my arms without a word. He terrifies me and I have a number of incident reports made on him too due to his hostility towards me (yelling at me during baby exchanges at police departments, swearing at me while breastfeeding on the floor, etc,.)

I need full custody while husband gets anger treatment, but he should be in his son’s life at the same time. How can I portray to the courts that I need this protection?
