House Sale And Division Of Proceeds

I bought a house with a family member who I believed I could trust. I put 97k as the downpayment while they put nothing down. We verbally agreed that when we sold I would get the 97k I put down and we would split the remainder 50/50 but didn’t have anything on paper. They turned abusive and I moved out in fear of my safety. I can’t afford to pay a lawyer for a big legal battle because I’ve been paying for both rent and a mortgage for the last 2 years. I know that I need to draw up a division of proceeds and something where they agree to not impede the sale of the house. Could anyone send me a form or example of those documents? Thank you so much.
