Help! I'm Being Endlessly Sued By A Sociopath.

I need advice. My sociopathic pedophile older brother is suing me in civil and probate court (I'm trustee). He is pre-emptively drowning me in frivolous cases and appeals. I can't keep up to even get my evidence seen, and I can't find a civil defense attorney in Southern Cali fornia to take this case. I can pay, just not the 10's of thousands everyone is asking, and I make too much for low income legal help.

I am trying to protect my family and bring him to justice for the atrocities he committed against our invalid mother and her trust, but at this point I need to end this legal harassment.

This is not a big money case, so what options do I have? How do I find a civil lawyer for something like this? I am overwhelmed. I have done all the work basically myself, including creating an evidence folder. I'm just confused on which legal document to file for each court case. Document preparers for civil case cost as much as a decent lawyer could cost by the time all the paperwork is filed.

Does anyone have any idea how I can defend myself against this sociopath who stole enough money from my invalid mother to keep me in these courts for years. He has a lifelong history of hate and both emotional and physical abuse against me, he will spend all the money he stole (I have evidence of everything I'm saying) to make sure I have a nervous breakdown before he is done. Help!
