[florida] Can My Roommates/landlord Enter My Room Without Notice?
So I'm renting a room from a couple that also resides in the home. When signing the lease they said they prefer to do laundry, cleaning, and cooking as they want no one else using the appliances. It's been about 2 months now and they've gone in my room every single time I've left the house. I close the door when I leave, but every day it's open when I get home. When I ask why, there's always some excuses about cleaning, doing laundry, spraying for bugs, etc. Is there anything I can do short of moving out legally to stop this? I have no privacy and they've rummaged through my things. Saw something online stating that I couldn't change locks l and they were free to enter the room whenever they please. But getting suggestions of just changing the doorknob for a double sided locks.
