Double Charged And Ignored By Nyc Dentist

Hello,

My husband and I were charged upfront for dental work, almost 3 years ago, with the promise that we'd be refunded once insurance pays out.

Well the insurance did pay and we haven't been refunded. In fact we've been ignored repeatedly. The manager/owner never returns our calls. Isn't in when we visited. Bank won't help.

I know it's been such a long time, but we have our reasons we never acted sooner.

Is there any way we can get our money back? It's ~$1200 in total.

Cherry on the cake - the dental work was terrible and needs correcting.
