Divorce advice

Hi there. My wife has filed for divorce after she found out how bad my drug addiction is and how I’ve lied to hide it. I have a decent job and make roughly 80k a year with 30% of that being commission bonuses. We have been married for one year and have no children.

When I was first served the papers I told her I had no interest in fighting for any of our assets. She could have the car and the storage unit and all the belongings in it. At first that seemed to be good and we were going to sign. Now she is coming after me for alimony. I am wondering how to proceed, what can I expect for alimony payments and for how long will I be on the hook for?

I genuinely don’t want to fight her because I recognize this is my fault. I am in a halfway house and just recently completed a rehab program. I don’t necessarily mind giving her some money, but I’m also trying to rebuild my life and move on as well. Any advice here is appreciated.
