Crazy roommate harasses me. Swears, yells, throws things. She's now threatening me with a restraining order after I confronted her about it. I made no threats. I didn't physically intimidate. I didn't yell but raised my voice and told her that swearing at me when I'm in my room is unacceptable. She slammed her door and I continued for another 10 seconds and then quit and went back to my room. She has been doing this for months and is now playing the victim. I have confronted her several times over the past 6 months. Just some arguments nothing beyond that. We are NOT in a relationship or related. Can she get a restraining order for that? I'm in Hawaii.
