Car Lot Lied To Me Said Car Has Never Been In Accident But It Was Totaled
I got a used car from a Fulton county dealer.. it has been having a few issues here and there but I'm pretty sure I asked to see the car fax and nothing was said or brought to my attention that this car had been in an accident (1 started to notice the front end was off and my lift gate was fucking up) so l looked even deeper to see the fenders were being help in with carpenter screws.. and the hood and tailgate are 2nd hand cause the paint doesn't truly match (the sparkle in Toyota paint) I worked so hard to get in to this car yall don't understand I even maxed out a couple cards on the down payment they knew what they were doing my horn doesn't work yall (which is just SUPER dangerous in Atlanta cause we're infamous for dumb drivers) so when I took it back to fix that the guys at the dealershit didn't even acknowledge me.. the worst service on top of having me pay (after interest) 48,199.52 plus my credit cards are maxed out right now so my payments would come down so im already in so much debt this is killing me I went with out a car for 3 years and the timing seemed perfect with this but I didn't have someone with me that would of noticed the OBVOUSLY BENT FRAME UNDER THE HOOD.. i purchased the car 3/18/2024 today is 4/23/2024.. I don't know what to do I really just want to drive straight back to the dealer now.. the KBB value on my car is 13k as is however my sticker price was at 26k so before interest I’m already paying double what the car is worth.. someone please help me I already fucked up a little because I called them and asked about the no accident and him showing me the car fax and he confirmed he lied again.. I didn’t record it and I’m so scared I don’t want to drown in this debt so I don’t want to risk losing here at all.. I don’t care about that much I just want a reliable car worth what I agreed yo pay..
