Car Crash Hit My Family Please Help Not At Fault
Hello everyone. My family got T-boned the other day (in the US), someone tried to beat the red light and now my parents have shoulder pain and neck and back pain and some fractured ribs. I understand that insurances will want to settle but I should decline until I see the full list of their injuries which may come up in the next few days. I have never been in this situation before what should I do to make sure the insurance covers the future health problems my parents may have? For example, if the neck injury and rib is sustained for 6-12 months, how do I get insurance to cover it then? Do insurances have a time limit? Please help I am very young and scared. Thank you!
