Can I, 18f Get Custody Of My Sister (11f)?

Location: Tennessee
Not 100% sure if this is the best place to ask, but I've got no where else to go.
I've been doing research off-and-on for a couple years now about how to get custody of my younger sister and move out with her. Our father has been emotionally neglectful, emotionally abusive, physically neglectful, and occasionally physically abusive to myself and my siblings. I can no longer testify for my emotional abuse and neglect as I turned 18 less than a week ago. However, this means I look more fit to take my sister under my wing. My brother (16M) plans to stay in the house until they kick him out at 18, or send him to boarding school (my father claimed that he was unfit to be a parent and is planning to send him away). When this happens, I plan to move him in with me either at my grandmothers house, or in an apartment. (That part wholly depends on if I go to community college, online college, or just work my ass off- he plans to work when he moves in with me.)

Here are some of the points I would be using in the case to gain custody of my sister as I have been doing a majority of these since 2017:

  • I have transported her to and from school and to friends' homes
  • I have fed and bathed her
  • I have bought clothes and toiletries for her with my own money
  • I have helped her with homework and other work
  • I have taken care of both her and my brother for several days alone without any adult supervision on multiple occasions
  • I have provided for and advocated for her emotional needs (primarily against father)
  • I have provided for and advocated for her physical needs, including those forced upon her (primarily against father)

Our father is our only living biological parent as our mother passed away in 2022. Our father has re-married and shit has somewhat hit the fan with both emotional neglect and abuse. I know that these points (emotional abuse, neglect, unfit parenting) are difficult to use within a custody battle in Tennessee, but I will try regardless.

I just need to know if it's possible, and how to prepare for this situation if I'm able to pull it off.
