Boatyard Owner Just Took Out A No Trespass Order On Me.

Ive had my modest sailboat at a local yard for three years, last year I did a huge amount of work on it to get it ready for launch, including a new rudder. Finally got it splashed last August and for health reasons had them haul it back out. I finally had an operation on April first to correct a serious circulation issue that affected my legs. I went to work on the boat before the operation and had difficulty getting out through the zipper door in the cover to catch an uber, guy had to help me. She sent me a no trespass, I've paid around two thirds of my bill so far. Can she do that, my property is on her property.
