Assistant Manager At My Job Cut The Locks Off Everyone's Locker Mid Shift, Threw Out Personal Belongings Including Wallets, Keys, And Purses ( Tn)

This is this particular assistant managers second time at this store. The fist time he was here was in the beginning of 2023 and there was actually a petition to get him transferred. He was transferred but they just transferred him back a few weeks ago.
Monday he was on an absolute rampage. He tried to physically intimidate a female employee then fired her when she screamed at him to back away from her.
He then went unto the break room and cut the locks off of everyone's locker and threw everything away. This included teenage emplpyees back packs with their school computers, peoples bags and purses, people's house keys and car keys, people's phones and chargers, people's food, one person's kurig and k cups, wallets, etc. Then rolled the bags right to the compactor. Nobody knew what had happened until someone went in there and saw their lock cut off.
Alot of us had to get ubers home and lock smith's to get in the house, then Uber back again to get our cars, and even overdrew our accounts doing so. Other people couldn't afford that and were stuck for hours waiting on others to become available to help them. I got in trouble with my child's day care, hit with a late fee, and threatened with a call to cps because I was so many hours late trying to get the situation sorted.
Some people can't afford proper food because their ebt card was thrown away and they now need to wait for a new one to be issues. Some people are having to replace their phone and the high schoolers have to pay the school back for the chrome books.
He says that it is a "random audit" and it's his right as a manager to do it and throw away everything as he sees fit.
Is there any legal action we can take about this? What can we do to make him cover the costs?
