Arkansas- Family Member Has Barred Me From Stepping Back On Property That I Was “renting”.

As the title says, my wife and I were living in a property that was owned by a family member since the beginning of 2023. At the beginning I and the family member agreed on me buying the property at a discussed amount and set amount each month, sort of like a mortgage. There was no lease on verbal and some messages confirming what we had agreed on. There was nothing stating the amount besides that, or anything about who the repairs fall on. I made it my responsibility to repair the property as needed. I fell on hard times around the middle of the year and was giving her what I could, which she seemed fine with till the family member also fell on hard times. That’s when consistent harassment for more money became a thing. I started paying her more than what I could at that point in time. Then a month or so later, I couldn’t pay her the amount she wanted and she said that from there on out I was just renting said property. At the end of the year I and my wife had a separation period. We recently reconciled, and she’s planned to move in with me. She had been making the payments to the family member while I was not in home. She has not paid this month, because she planned to move out before the middle of the month. She’s been constantly harassed after telling the family member what she plans to do. Now the family member says that no one is allowed back on the property, and if anyone is they will be charged for trespassing. What are the options here?
Also note, we have 1 child, and all of their belongings are there say for a few clothing items and necessities.
