Am I Allowed To Quit My Job??

I have been working for a company that made me sign a contract stating I had to work in a certain position before I was legally allowed to leave or be promoted. The promotion can happen anytime they decide but I cannot leave anytime I decide. The whole point of working here was to get the promotion but now they’re saying i have to wait… I currently work 2 jobs(55 hrs a week) & drive 30-35 minutes to both jobs. Im mentally exhausted & im scared to quit or else they might sue for breaking the contract(stated they would sue for $12,000 in contract) I had someone look over it & they said it’s unenforceable due to it being noncompete, them having me list my assets & having my mom cosign the contract as collateral in case they sue, withholding final payments if I leave, & suing for 12,000$ as “training repayment”… any advice on hypothetically quitting? Will I really get sued? Im so mentally drained & never have time for my self or family w/ these jobs…. But I cant afford to be sued or financially quit my other job???? thanks!
