Rebecca and her family went into hiding. Believing men were targeted as roundups in 1941. Rebecca was arrested with her mother and siblings Samuel (9) Anna (7) Armand (4) Marguerite (2) *no photograph remains* and deported on convoy 20 on August 17, 1942. Murdered in the gas chamber a couple days later.
