Arrested near Marseilles with his mother Rosine and his two younger sisters Yvette (5) Francine (2). They were victims of the Gestapo liquidation of the Verdière center, run by the UGIF. The Gestapo seized 9 mothers and 28 children from the center on October 24, 1943. The Chicheportiches were deported on convoy 61 of October 28, 1943.
