Wrongful Police Eviction?
I live in a house who's basement was turned into a "MIL suite". I do not pay rent, but I do pay a few household bills and my own stuff (wifi, food, etc..) . Any access to the rest of the home is blocked off to me by a solid wood door and 3 padlocks.
My roommate (a 62 yo woman) was served a search warrant yesterday because she supposedly was dealing crack cocaine.
The police made me stand outside, naked, in just a towel with blood running down my leg for everyone to take a video of to put online and my coworkers are already making fun of me for it.
After all was said and done and they found NOTHING (but MY LEGAL, REGISTERED HANDGUN) they gave us 5 minutes to get all of our stuff and GTFO because our house "is a nuisance".
Now I'm homeless living in my own driveway in my car and 3 people have broken into the house In the past 24 hours but the cops won't show up.
WTF is happening? This certainly can't be legal seeing as how they found absolutely nothing and my house is liveable. How do I go about getting my house back and making PD pay for the items that were stolen?
Location: Youngstown, OH USA
ETA: DOJ isn't taking complaints right now because (as it says In The website headliner) "The Democrats have shut down the government". So that's not an option.
