Whip-it’s And Liability

Fairly recently I started a job managing a vape and head shop and we happen to sell those whip it chargers.
There is an older person that comes in every so often to stock up on whip it’s, and their condition is deteriorating.
Previously there was a different older fella who would come in and buy cases of whip it’s; over the course of a couple of months they went from looking like a normal person with a job and a family to looking rough and like they were living out of their car. Have not seen them in over a month now, no idea what came of them.
Now there’s this other person, also a bit older, each time they are more out of it and most recently walked in struggling to maintain balance. At the start of their visits they were talkative and aware of everything around them; now they seem to fade in and out mid sentence and struggle to walk straight.
I’m going to reach out to my boss about removing them from our stock. A moral argument is nice but if I inform them of potential legal liability, it could expedite things.
But in the meantime I am concerned about one of these people buying whip it’s driving off and hurting someone. It’s just the one person who buys them but still. They struggle to repeat their phone number at this point and still drive.
It’s surprising to see what was once a successful, thriving, older person with a family doing this. I thought it was all dumb young people doing this crap, but it’s only ever been older folks who buy it here.
Shop is in Arkansas.
Thank you
