What Kind Of Scam Is This And How Do I Report These Scam

These people are contacting my grandma trying to scare her to sell her home to them before they take it “legally” from her in a supposed auction that they can take it from under her if they don’t get it from her from a sale. Now, somehow they have my number and are threatening me. It seems they are resilient and threatening. I don’t know what kind of scam to call this.

They seem to have an LLC. This is the threat that texted me below:

It makes me nervous as I have seen where people get their homes taken from scammers lately and they get evicted and it seems they are getting information and want to make sure that my grandma is protected.
