What Do I Do If My Dad Passed Without A Will? My Mom Is Not Telling Me Any Financial Information
My father passed suddenly when I was 17 and he did not have a written will. My mom and I don’t have the best relationship so I left my family’s house and moved in with my bf after his passing while I was in high school. I started to notice my mom making multiple big purchases such as a new car and remodeling the kitche etc. And when I would ask her about any money left from my dad for me and my older bother she would not say much. I am 18 now and looking to get a better apartment for me and my bf and wanted to know how to find out if there is anything my dad could’ve left or if there is anything divided by the CT court specifically for me and my brother. any advice will help!
