Was I Trespassing?

Card image cap

I got fired today in the back of the store (Starbucks) and he had the sherrif waiting because he was "expecting trespassers" and now I have a fine and order to stay away. (I wasn't fired for trespassing, I was let go because profits were down). The guy was a jackass my entire time working there - 4 HR reports, no action taken - and definately planned it to be vindictive. Is that legal? I would assume it qualified as entrapment or something. Should I fight this in court?

Edit: thanks everyone, I've done the paperwork for unemployment and made copies of several very unprofessional emails (and all the hr complaints I made). I'm going to look for some legal representation.
