Violation Of Parenting Plan

Father recently took mom to court to get more time because child support is pending to be modified. Court gave father more time ordering father to get kids from their school alternating weekends and gets kids on thanksgiving holiday break and Christmas break and drops them off at school. A month and half into this new order thanksgiving break comes and father doesn't show up to pick up kids from school but wants mom to accommodate him so he can have his kids. Fathers Lawyer emailed mom directly threatening that she needs to accommodate him because she is alienating him from the kids although she didn't stop him from picking up kids from school. Side note the 13 year old refuses to see father and hasn't seen him in over a year even though father has been court ordered to seen the dad stating he prefer to stay the weekend in jail than with dad. Should the mom accommodate the father even though the order is well defined and father and lawyer admitted the father failed to comply? Florida USA.
