Urologist Stretched And Squeezed My Penis Very Hard During Physical Exam And Now My Penis Has Been Totally Numb With Ed For A Month
This happened over a month ago and my symptoms have only gotten worse. I went to see a urologist to discuss TRT and fertility and he did a physical exam on my genitals that has left me feeling castrated. During his exam he pinched my penis VERY hard and stretched it out as far as he could which was unnecessary in my opinion. This felt really uncomfortable and immediately after the exam I was sore and completely numb in my penis and it has been that way since. I can not longer achieve an erection even with erectile dysfunction meds. I have tried going to the ER twice over the issue and they don't seem to know why I'm numb. One ER doc called their uronand he thought maybe I now have peyronie's. I tried calling the urologist that did this to me and he acted like his exam didn't cause it. He said he would do another exam if I would like but I really don't want to see him again. I made an appointment with another urologist but it's still weeks away and my condition is only getting worse along with my mental state.
I've tried calling five or six local law offices and they all turned down my case when I explained it to them. I don't know what to do. How can this urologist just get away with ruining people's lives? My life has been totally ruined because of this. I feel like I have been completely castrated. After researching I found out my condition is call "hard flaccid syndrome". It's a permanent condition according to those that have it which is awful. Basically I consider my life over at this point but I would at least like legal justice for what was done to me.
Should I keep trying to call different law offices? Is there a lawyer out there that will take my case?
