Unsuscribed From Political Text Messages And They Just Text Me From Another Number. Is That Legal?

Hey everyone,

So in November last year, my phone started getting blown tf up by GOP candidate party text messages. I've never signed up for them, so I assumed it was a prank or wrong # and just kept typing stop to unsubscribe. It confirms I successfully completed and won't receive any more messages. Ever since, and every day, I get multiple texts from the same political party. Only now it's always a different member of the same party from a different number. The more I block and unsubscribe, the more I get. My question is, how do I get it to stop, and is it legal? My phone carrier cannot figure out how it's happening and can't stop it since it always comes from a new number. Do I have any ground for legal action? If so, what type? Tyia.
