Truck Stalled At Intersection, Got Rear Ended, Aaa Says They Are Going To Be At Fault, Is This True?

My truck stalled at a residential intersection with a speed limit in the range of 30~35 mph. I set the hazards on, turned on the cargo light to light up the white bed so I can see the spare battery.
The intersection is very well lit by a streetlight directly over the traffic light.
Several cars turned around the truck. A small car slammed into the back of the empty F350 dually ext cab, shoving it about 20'.
I'm covered by AAA and they said this is as close to an automatic as you can get because the truck wasn't moving and was in a well lit intersection.
There were NO skid marks from the small car, they clearly hit at full speed. IDK if he was on the phone or not, but clearly wasn't paying attention.
I did make it clear that I was NOT off to the side of the road and AAA still said it was an automatic based on the other driver not noticing a truck in a well lit intersection.
Is this the case?
