Tinder Ignores My Inquires To Have My Profile Deleted
I used their website (not the mobile app) to create a profile. Shortly after I decided to leave and attempted to delete my account entirely, which turned out to be impossible, because of a defect in their software. The server returned an error code on every attempt.
I contacted their customer service and explained the issue. They responded briefly saying someone will be in touch with me soon. A week has passed, and nobody has been in touch ever since.
I wrote them again, asking how long should I wait. No response. The account could still not be deleted because of the aforementioned server issue.
What are my options to make them delete my data? I'm not from the U.S.
A technical aside: in my view, Tinder's software is of exceptionally low quality. Don't repeat my mistake and don't use it. :)
