I Was Fired From My Long Term Employment For Asking A Male Manager To Back Away From Me? Tn

I (30yo white woman) have worked for the same company for 9 years.
Last year. I had an issue with a manager (50s, male, black) that well call P in which I was sitting in the back office using a computer and P stood over me, way too close to me and cornered me. I asked P to please move and reminded P that I have PTSD. P refused to back up or let me get away and I ended up having a severe panic attack and passing out.
P was transferred out of our store not long after this incident. but due to another manager quitting P was suddenly transferred back about 6 weeks ago.
today About 3 hours in tonmy shift P began nit picking at me(I had finished 2/3 of the tasks P had given me for the day but P wanted me to have finished all 3 in less than half of my shift). I told P I refuse to continue doing this. P then came around my desk, stood in the opening about a foot away from me, and bristled up like P wanted to physically fight. I told P to back away from me and not to walk up on me. P again refused to back up. The store security guard (30s black female) ended up telling P to let me through.
I went to the back office again and had another major panic attack. I called my mom and my psychiatrist and the whole time P was standing at the door jiggling the knob and shouting at me to let P in (I didnt know that it locked automatically when shut and the only one in the whole store with the code is one overnight clerk). I shouted back at him to just step away so i can exit and go home. P then tried to shoulder bump the door down.
So eventually the hr person (30s, female, black) -well call her C- and the other assistant manager (60s, female black) -well call her M- got the door code from the night crew guy. When they opened the door I asked them PLEASE do not let P near me. P then buffed up again and began yelling at me to say that directly to him, we can go now, we can talk with or without C right now and tried to walk up on me again. It took C, M, and 2 male employees to physically stop P.
C told me to wait there in the computer office and she would call me when she was ready.
So here is why I mentioned everyones race. I am the ONLY non black person at my store. While I waited for C to call me, Several people came in and said that P told them I am a racist, i was trying to use my white woman tears against P, and that if P was white I wouldn't have asked P to back away from me.
So I get called to the office finally and I tell C and M that I will come in and talk with them but that space is way too closed in for me to sit in with a man. (The lead store manager, who i get along with well, even knows I won't come in and close the door when its just him and I.) So P refuses to leave. C tells P to leave and P finally does. I walk in and sit down then P walks in and closes the door behind P and stands infront of the door. I got up and pushed P really hard so I could get past because P wouldn't let me out, and ran out. C came out and told me to come back in and again told P to leave. P did for about 10 seconds then 3 or 4 times walked back in because P kept "remembering" things that P had to put on the desk to my right (the door was to my left) so P kept opening the door and reaching across my face and chest. Eventually C agave in and had me sit on one side of the room and P on the other with C between us. P then glared at me the entire time P spoke even though C repeatedly kept telling him "im over here, stop looking at her, look at me, you're speaking to me not her".
The result was that i was fired for insubordination because I kept refusing to speak with them and kept telling p to move away, for stealing time for while I was in the office, and misuse of company property for the door being locked.
I've been with the company for 9 years, never had even one single write up, and been promoted all the way to department manager. Just to be fired for wanting a manager that's been with the company for 15 months to back up.
Is there any legal recourse here?
