The People I Bonded Out Of Jail Aren’t Fit To Be Parents, What Repercussions Will I Face If I Call Cps On Them?

In Alabama, US. Two of my family members (let’s say J and P) got caught with heavy drugs. I was not told the full story or what bonding really was when I agreed to get them out of jail. Upon being told by other family members, they told me I messed up by signing their bond. Turns out J and P have a history of heavy drugs and not appearing for court, and warrants. But they also have a young child. J’s mom had the child at her house for some grandma time when the arrest occurred and now after I bonded J and P out, the grandma is giving them their child back, despite the fact J and P have no car, no job, coming down off drugs, and most likely had the heavy drugs in the house many times with the young child. I want to call CPS because I do not feel that this child is in a safe place but I was told by my other family members not to do that to them. I am worried if I call, that I will have to pay the rest of the bond for J and P which is over 10,000. What is the best way to go about this where I don’t screw myself and also make sure the young child is safe?
