I’m trying to help my friend deal with some legal issues. We live in the great state of Texas, and he lives with his girlfriend. He is trying to leave the relationship and remover her from his housing. He is the head of house (I think that’s what he said) and pays for 100% of the bills/utilities. She has co-signed on the lease but that’s about it. She has no job and contributes nothing to the household. What are the steps he should take? How can I help him? Please help urgently!!

Edit: I also found out she and her family have made threats toward my friend. I’m unsure if he has any proof, but I know the girl and her family and that sounds completely truthful
