Teacher Threatened Sped Student
Student (elementary age) got off the bus saying they were afraid to return to school tomorrow. They said something happened with "Teacher". I asked Student what happened. Student explained that they were talking with friends while a YouTube video was playing for the class. Teacher approached student, grabbed student by the arm and removed them from their seat, knocking the chair over, proceeded to drop Student to the floor and told Student to sit up. Then Teacher said to Student (paraphrasing) I punch my kid even though I love him. Imagine what I can do to you. If you say one more syllable I will punch you.
Approximately 15 minutes later, Student still sitting quietly on floor next to Teacher. Teacher said (paraphrasing) I just imagined punching you and it felt so good.
I'm a parent. I don't know what to do.
