State Of Georgia: A Neighbor Is Harassing Me. I'm Just Walking My Dog Past Their House.

I moved into this quiet neighborhood in 2018. I own a 4-year-old German Shepherd mix. I got her in 2020, and I walk her around the neighborhood 2-3 times a day. About 4-5 months ago, some of the kids who live on the other side of the neighborhood from my apartment started coming up to me to pet my dog when I came by where they live. Nothing bad has happened. There is a family who recently moved into that part of the neighborhood, and their 9-year-old daughter was coming up and petting my dog when we walked past her house. I even let her walk my dog a few times in the grass by the church. A month ago, I was walking past their house at 8 p.m., and I noticed the dad, who runs a pressure washing company, left his truck lights on. I knocked on his door and told his wife he had left them on. He came to the door and was immediately hostile to me, telling me to get off his porch.

I said, "Okay. I was just trying to be helpful," to which he replied, "I don't care!" I said, "Whatever dude," and left. A couple days later, almost every single kid in the neighborhood, shy of two of them, stopped talking to me or petting my dog. It turns out the girl who lives there told them I'm a creep for knocking on their door. Today I was walking my dog past their house, and she was in their carport, climbing all over her dad's trailer, which has a pressure washing rig on it. As I walked past, she yelled, "You're a creep!" I was like, "What?" and she didn't reply. I walked to the corner of the road, and she said it again. You're a creep!" I asked her why she thought that, and she said I walk my dog in their yard. I do not. I said, "You're dumb," and left. I walked over to the road on the backside of their house behind the church to head on home, and the mother came running up to me. She told me the daughter accused me of letting my dog shit in their yard. I told her that didn't happen, and then she told me she didn't want me walking in front of their house anymore. I told her she couldn't do that because the road is public property. She then ranted off about how a section of the grass from point a to point b was their property, bla, bla, bla. it isn't. They rent the house from one of the church deacons.. Besides, I don't walk on the grass, so it's a moot point. She then told me, "For all I know, you're a child molester." I thought to myself, "Wow. This shit went from 0 to 60 in seconds." I was like, "Yeah, fuck you too," and left. Is there anything I can do about this situation? Is this not harassment?
