Solar Hell
I had solar panels installed on my house in summer 2021. Since then, they have only been functional a small fraction of the time. Each time they stop working, it is because of a fuse/inverter issue which is no fault of mine. The company comes out, replaces whatever part (it’s been the same thing every time), they work again for a week or two, then stop producing again. In the meantime, I am paying a loan for the panels every month PLUS when they don’t produce electricity, I have to pay a full electricity bill. In addition, they now want to charge me $250 (a “truck charge“) to send someone out to look at it. The system has never worked properly for any amount of time and I feel like it’s a lemon. I just want it removed and to be relieved of the debt I took on when I basically got scammed into buying this POS system! How do I go about this?? HELP!! ????
