Should I Call The Non Emergency Police Line?
I (34F) am married to my husband (37M). We have two kids (2,3). My husband has a drinking problem but has never physically hurt myself or my kids. This morning, my husband put out the kids lunch boxes and I started putting fruit in them. My husband told me to stop making the kids lunch and proceeded to grab them from me and throw them- in front of our children. I immediately grabbed our kids and started putting them in the car to get out of there. My husband proceeded to film me doing this- blaming me, saying I was mentally unstable, and he was going to use this against me. I live in Austin, Tx. Should I call the police and report this? Constant screaming in front of my children, I’m terrified. I don’t know how I can go back there tonight.
