Shop Didn't Deliver Purchase And Is Not Bankrupt

I ordered a custom piece of furniture from Etsy that was estimated to take 12-18 months (they had a queue). I had ordered furniture from them before, the wait wasn't nearly as long and it was worth it. They say you can cancel at any time before they start on your order which I had successfully done with another piece I ordered at the same time and cancelled a few weeks after. 12 months go by and I reach out. They say they'll get back to me. I tried a few more times. Now we're at 18 months and I see they are bankrupt and their email has an auto response saying they are having hard times and to please give them time to get through their crisis. I think the message is old since they are now bankrupt. Etsy only lets you create a case within the first 100 days. What can I do to get the money back?
