Served 30-day Notice To Tenant And They Just Walked Away Leaving The Paper Behind. What Should I Do Next?

In OK. Owner occupied house with verbal lease. Two tenants signed another lease, moved most of their property out, and have made plans (sell/trash/storage) for their large furniture currently stored the common spaces. They say they want to continue paying rent for empty rooms while having free access to the house. For various reasons I do not agree.
This is family so I’ve already contacted a lawyer through my work benefits to make sure they don’t have any legal claim to this house. Lawyer confirmed that they are tenants on a month-to-month rental agreement. I didn’t think to ask the lawyer what to do if they refused to acknowledge the 30-day notice. There’s video proof that they physically received it. The form was explained to them in their native language. Unfortunately the audio is a bit hard to make out. Do I need to serve the notice again or just wait the 30-days and see what they do? I want to try to save my remaining free lawyer calls for the eviction that is surely looming.
