Roomate Has Drugs
Orange county FL.
I am subletting a room to a woman who swore she was clean. She has lived with me for two months and has become more erratic ( disabling security cameras, smells from her room) and today I found a pipe. I am on probation and and do not do drugs, but cannot have them in my home.
I want to call the police to report the drugs but I am worried that will implicate me. I also found out that she got her third DUI at the start of the month in another county, but she didn’t provide her actual address to the court. She has an arraignment for that in a week and doesn’t know I know.
If I report her actual address to the court or report the drugs, will I be putting myself in legal problems?
