[mi] Missed A Misdemeanor Trial Because Name Was Spelt Incorrectly. How Do I Proceed?

I got a traffic related misdemeanor charge recently for driving with improper plates. I just recently moved, to the point where my address on my license hadn’t even changed yet. I was waiting and looking up the case online every day to try to hear something, even calling the courts up every week.
I just recently got a letter forwarded from my old apartment (my mail hasn’t been arriving correctly lately) from the district court.
I learned that my trial came and went, and now I have a warrant out for my arrest. The kicker is, this all happened because my name was misspelled from the case. In fact, from the bottom up my name was misspelled. I have a feeling when the officer took my information down, that’s where it came from.
So now I’m guilty, have a warrant, and didn’t even know my trial came and went. What do I do? Is there a way I can have the actions reversed at least, so I can have a proper trial?
Edit: just to clarify, I look up the misspelled name on the court record, and it comes up. In the court schedule from when the case was supposed to be heard, it’s the wrong name. I even think the warrant is for the wrong name.
