Question About No Contact Order (ma)

Ok so this is kindve a tough/weird situation. I have a ongoing case barely 2 months old in which my gf is actually my co def. (Not going to get into all that for obvious reasons). But my question is this. She is still in jail right now im out on probation so communicating with her is obviously hard and cant get the order modified at least right now bc itd probably just get denied anyways. If i were to open a po box and use like an alias to write her is that something that would be possible or does anyone know how much theyre actually watching for this or reporting these kinds of things? I dont want pity its just hard bc I know she has no one in there right now and we both made a huge mistake and not having her support and vice versa is just making me feel guilty as hell and sick over everything. I know with a po box obviously i still have to open it in my name initially…. Idk just looking for some insight i guess.
