Probate In Florida

My Father passed away with a will stating the estate was to be divided with step mother and I. I have a signed and notarized copy.

My step mother took me to see her lawyer saying the will isn’t valid. I still kept the copy got my own lawyer who I will meet on Tuesday.

I’m just curious how long will this battle draw out for as I don’t live in Florida? I actually have my career in Japan. I’m willing to stay here for another 9 months sure but it gets uncomfortable being around her family.

(Maybe after initial stages are done I can return home and have the lawyer handle it?)

Details Deed is under my Father’s name Property purchased 2000 by my father alone. Step mom and Dad married in 2007

Im a little stressed and don’t know how all this will go so any reassurance, tips, advice about the process is welcome.
