Pregnant Spouse Injured By Walmart Employee

Card image cap

Hi everyone. I currently live in Corpus Christi Texas. Me and my spouse were at Walmart earlier today, at the checkout and the employee went to rotate the revolving plastic bag holders very abruptly and the metal bars that the bags hang on struck her in the belly very hard. She is currently 38 weeks pregnant, she was in a lot of pain afterwards, in tears. I took her to the car to sit for a bit and the pain didn't go away. I notified Walmart of what happened and they just took my name and phone number down. I then went to the ER and they admitted her, the doctors are saying that she might need to be induced into labor over it.. I'm not entirely sure what to do as I have never been in a situation like this but I wanted to know if there is any experts who could give me advice on what I should do or what steps I should take. Thanks in advance.
