Please Help Parents Cashed Out All Of My Savings Bonds In 2023 And Are Refusing To Give Me Any Of My Money

Hi all, I'm really lost here and have no idea where to start. My parents and I don't really talk anymore because they pathologically abused me and my two sisters physically, emotionally, and psychologically going back as far as i can remember... but i digress..

I'm seeking any advice whatsoever because until January 2024, I was never aware that I had any savings bonds of any kind. I received a 1098 form from PNC this tax season for "Interest Income" for a savings bond that I had never heard of before under my name. I knew I had a couple mutual fund investments somewhere else, so I honestly just figured that it had matured or something and I was just now able to cash it. (TBH i had no idea what to think because my parents have literally also lied to me about virtually every aspect of life in order to control me) I had never seen this form before and I was unemployed and seeking jobs, so this form was in the back of my mind, but I reported it on my taxes regardless because I'm in the process of getting my life in order. I ended up OWING federal taxes for the first time ever because of this.

I had honestly forgotten about it until about a week ago when I was doing spring cleaning and found the 1098 form again. I had called the bank 4 days in a row to get any information, as well as visited PNC in person to find out anything about the account. (They couldn't even find the account after 2 hours of phone calls, so I decided to send my mom a picture and ask what it was, to which I received a phone call from my dad.)

My dad proceeds to give me the rundown about how "when i was little, my pap and grandma would give me small $25 or $50 savings bonds for birthdays and holidays, as a way of being able to show they love me 20 years later." He tells me that "all of my savings bonds had matured by 2023, and they cashed out all but one because they didnt want me to get any penalties and they needed my signature for the last one" (Keep in mind they have not mentioned ANY of this to me before) He then tells me how they've been "saving it for whenever i came home next," but when I asked for any receipt or paperwork he couldn't give me any. He couldn't even tell me the amount estimated, just that it was a lot of money.

My parents have coincidentally been renovating their second property for the last year, as well as declining to provide any form of financial support back in March 2023 when I was completely bankrupt. I called my mom about this, to which she started freaking out on me about how "it was in both of our names" and how "i owe her" literally anything after she failed to be a parent in every possible way and continues to act in abusive ways with no accountability. She refused to give me any of my money, and neither my mom or dad are answering any calls or texts. WTF do i do here???
