Parents "hid"/stole My Wallet To Prevent Me From Going To A Concert. Im An Adult, What Do I Do

im 19 years old and planned on going to a concert with an internet friend who i have met before and stayed at the house of before. my mom thinks im being sex trafficked despite the guy being younger than me and me having come back home fine after spending time at his familys home. she, with my dad's assistance or approval or help or whatever, "hid" my wallet (containing all my ids and credit card) somewhere outside of the home and refuses to tell me where. she is extremely intent on keeping it from me till the concert has passed. at first she lied saying it was at a friends house but now i assume its either at my dads office or at the bank in a safe. i have tried getting the answer from her, threats, and my next plans are interrogating my dad (who hates me and wouldnt tell me) OR calling the cops and telling them to get my wallet back somehow. What should i do?
