Parent Died In Abroad In Mexico And We Want To Disclaim/refuse Inheritance

I am a Swiss citizen, so is my parent who recently deceased. They left Switzerland a few years ago to live in Mexico. They are not registered in Switzerland anymore but probably in Mexico.

We want to disclaim our inheritance. We are not sure if we have to do that in Mexico or in Switzerland. The Swiss authority told us we have to address the Mexican authorities first and if they don't do anything we can go to the Swiss authorities again.

Which authorities do we address in Mexico to do disclaim our inheritance?

Does anybody know the rules of disclaiming inheritance in Mexico? Any deadlines? Any factors that make you not eligible for disclaiming inheritance?

I don't speak Spanish so didn't see post this in the mexican legal subreddit.
